As I looked at this particular piece of art, I was interested not only in its significance, but also in its popularity. I chose not to recreate or attempt my own images from this piece of work. This series of images has such significance because it changed the approach of photographers in the 1960's from cultural and political work to celebrity culture and also leading them to ask questions and demand answers about all the major events going on in that time.
