Eric Kim is an international street photographer based in Los Angeles who teaches within the use of his blog but also work shops, He is currently an instructor for UC Riverside Extension teaching a university level street photography course, throughout both his workshops, blog and his teaching he teaches people how to find their own style and vision as well as overcoming the fear of shooting images of strangers.

Kim has collaborated with photographers such as Leica, Magnum and also the invisible Photographer Asia, In 2011 he was one of the judges for the London Street Photography Exhibition. The work he has produced has exhibited in many locations such as the Leica studios in Seoul and Melbourne however he has taught many workshops in Beirut, Hongkong, San Francisco, LA, Chicago, Sydney, Zurich, Melbourne, London, Mumbai, Toronto, Singapore, Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur.

What I am most interested within Kim's work is his shoots on chiaroscuro as I am going to focus my response pieces of this as then develop my work with this.
