Stefano Schirato- Eye For An Eye

Schirato's narrative 'eye for an eye' is based on a century old tradition of blood vengeance in Albainia. the collapse of communism left a deep void in the law system causing the aproval of people going back to their tribial routes. Around 2800 civillians are forced into self hiding to protect themselves from the vengeance, throughout his study documenting the narrative

Schirato found many cases of depression, instability and also anger, he tried to base his narrative on both sides of the vengeance and within this he found that the fear of coming out of isolation was very high in families especially those that were younger members of the family .

Michaël Zumstein- Terror and tears in the central african republic

Michaël Zumstein, born 1970, photographed the muslim dominated Seleka Rebel Movement in March 2013 when they seized

power in Bongui, this brought the corrupt reigime of Français Bozizé to an end, however Zumstein captured the terror that lasted for weeks because of the soldiers backing the new president Michael Djotodia led waves of violence and looting in which they targeted christiam communities. His images represent the record of unequalled violence the continues unsolved to this day.

Daesung Lee- Futuristic Archeology

Daesung Lee is a korean photographer who captured the theme of globalization and the impact it had on contemporary world to raise awareness for changes.

the idea of his narrative is that people have been forced into dioramas in a museum for survival images were printed on a billboard in lines with the landscape horizon to create a backdrop for these images,

I really like these images because they're very different and not something you witness everyday especially because i first originally thought Lee was capturing people in the past and present and merging the images together.

He conveyed a sense that the lives of the civilians can be visualised in our own world and the virtual reality museum.
